# Mistet den MFA, der er angivet i programmet Remote Desktop Manager

Mistet MFA eller programadgangskode i programmet Remote Desktop Manager rettes ved at omdøbe den lokale konfigurationsmappe på Windows eller macOS.

Denne løsning gælder, hvis De har angivet en MFA eller en programadgangskode i Deres program Remote Desktop Manager under ***Fil*** – ***Indstillinger*** – ***Sikkerhed***, og hvis De har mistet Deres telefon eller har låst Dem ude af programmet.

### Løsning

1. Sørg for, at Remote Desktop Manager er helt lukket.
2. Gå til konfigurationsmappen for Remote Desktop Manager (som standard `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`), og omdøb mappen `RemoteDesktopManager` til noget, der viser, at den ikke længere skal bruges, f.eks. `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Start Remote Desktop Manager igen. Det opretter automatisk en ny mappe `RemoteDesktopManager` med standardkonfigurationer og får Remote Desktop Manager til at fungere, som om det er nyinstalleret.

3. Start Remote Desktop Manager macOS.
