# Opret en dumpfil for en hængende Remote Desktop Manager

Opret en dumpfil for en hængende Remote Desktop Manager ved hjælp af kommandoprompten eller Process Explorer, så Devolutions-support kan diagnosticere nedbrud.

### Brug af en kommandoprompt

Denne metode bruger Microsofts kommandopromptværktøj til at oprette en dumpfil for hver Remote Desktop Manager-proces, en procedure der kan tage fra 10 til 30 sekunder. Den færdige dumpfil bør være på omkring 20 MB.

1. Åbn kommandoprompten.
2. Kør følgende kommando: `"%ProgramFiles%\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager\RemoteDesktopManager.exe" /dump`. Stien kan variere, afhængigt af hvordan Remote Desktop Manager blev installeret.

### Brug af Process Explorer

Denne procedure bruger ***Process Explorer***, et værktøj i Microsofts [Sysinternals Suite](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/sysinternals/downloads/), til at overvåge Remote Desktop Manager og oprette en dumpfil.

Dumpfilen, der oprettes med denne metode, bør typisk være mellem 100 MB og 300 MB. Filer over 1 GB er fulde dumps, ikke minidumps, og indeholder flere oplysninger end nødvendigt.

1. Download og installer ***Process Explorer*** fra [Sysinternals-værktøjerne](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/sysinternals/downloads/).
2. Start Remote Desktop Manager.
3. Genskab problemet i Remote Desktop Manager.
4. Start programmet **procexp64.exe** eller **procexp.exe** fra installationsmappen.
5. I ***Process Explorer*** skal De højreklikke på processen **RemoteDesktopManager.exe**.
6. Vælg ***Create Dump – Create Minidump***. Sørg for at oprette en minidump, **ikke** en fuld dump.
7. Gem filen ***RemoteDesktopManager.dmp*** lokalt.
