# Problemer med høj DPI

Løs problemer med høj DPI i Remote Desktop Manager, herunder for små eller for store RDP-vinduer og sløret skalering, ved hjælp af tre konfigurationsmetoder.

Der er flere problemer, som høj DPI kan forårsage i RDP-sessioner. De mest almindelige er følgende:

* RDP-forbindelser er meget små
* RDP-forbindelser er meget store
* RDP-forbindelser har altid en rullepanel
* Remote Desktop Manager er sløret
* Problemer med 4K-opløsning

### Løsning

Der er flere metoder til at løse disse problemer.

#### Metode 1

1. I Remote Desktop Manager skal De gå til ***Fil – Indstillinger – Brugergrænseflade*** og ændre ***Skærmskalering*** til ***DPI-uafhængig***. Hvis De ikke kan se indstillingen på grund af visningsproblemer, kan De tilføje linjen direkte i Deres konfigurationsfiler.

2. Når De har fundet den rigtige mappe, skal De åbne **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg** med Deres foretrukne teksteditor.
3. Under linjen `XXXX-XX-XXT00:00:00-00:00` skal De ændre ***Standard*** til ***Ingen*** og gemme.
4. Genstart Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Metode 2

1. Luk Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Højreklik på Deres ikon for Remote Desktop Manager.
3. Gå til ***Egenskaber***.
4. På fanen ***Kompatibilitet*** skal De klikke på ***Skift indstillinger for høj DPI***.
5. I afsnittet ***Tilsidesættelse af skalering for høj DPI*** skal De markere ***Tilsidesæt funktionsmåde for skalering ved høj DPI*** og klikke på OK.

#### Metode 3

Under ***Fil – Indstillinger – Typer – Fjernskrivebord – Avanceret*** skal De fjerne markeringen af valgmuligheden ***Deaktiver RDP-skaleringsfaktor (HDPI)***.

#### Metode 4

1. I Remote Desktop Manager skal De gå til ***Fil – Indstillinger – Avanceret***.
2. Sæt ***Hardwareacceleration*** til ***Standard (automatisk)***. Klik på ***OK***.
3. På båndet under fanen ***Hjælp*** skal De klikke på ***Diagnosticering***.
4. Nederst på fanen ***System*** skal De sikre, at ***DirectX aktiveret*** er deaktiveret.
