# Forbindelsesproblemer med Cisco AnyConnect

Løs almindelige forbindelsesproblemer med Cisco AnyConnect i Remote Desktop Manager, herunder manglende tilføjelser, VPN-opstart og fejl ved afsendelse af adgangskode.

### Posten Cisco AnyConnect mangler i vinduet for ny post

Sørg for, at tilføjelsen er aktiveret, ved at gå til ***Værktøjer*** – ***Udvidelsesadministrator*** – ***VPN/Tunnel/Gateway***, vælge ***Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client*** og klikke på ***Aktiver tilføjelse***.

### VPN'en starter ikke

1. Sørg for, at installationsstien til Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client er gyldig, ved at gå til ***Fil*** – ***Indstillinger*** – ***Program*** – ***Stier*** – ***Konfigurer installationssti*** – ***Programmer*** – ***VPN***, vælge ***Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client*** og bruge ellipseknappen til at vælge den rigtige installationssti.

1. Sørg for, at den nyeste version af CiscoAnyConnect er installeret.
2. Gå til egenskaberne ***Generelt*** for posten Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client under fanerne ***Forbindelse*** – ***Generelt***, og ændr værdien ***Vent før legitimationsoplysninger***, så den svarer til den tid, det tager at indlæse VPN'en fuldt ud på den lokale computer.
3. Prøv at slå UAC til og fra i Windows.
