# Find konfigurationsfilen
Find konfigurationsfilen til Remote Desktop Manager på disken eller via Fil, Indstillinger, Avanceret for at sende den til supportmedarbejderne hos Devolutions.
I nogle tilfælde har teamet hos Devolutions brug for Deres konfigurationsfil for at kunne genskabe et bestemt problem.

### Sådan finder og sender De konfigurationsfilen
#### Metode 1 - Brug af Remote Desktop Manager
1. I Remote Desktop Manager skal De åbne ***Fil – Indstillinger – Avanceret***.
2. Gå til fanen ***Oplysninger***. De vil se et blåt hyperlink. Tryk på det for at åbne Windows Stifinder med den rigtige fil valgt.
#### Metode 2 - Brug af filsystemetBemærk, at dette eksempel forudsætter, at Remote Desktop Manager blev installeret med standardindstillingerne.
1. Tryk på Windows+R.
2. Skriv "**%LOCALAPPDATA%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager**" i vinduet ***Kør***, og tryk på ***OK***.
3. Find filen **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg** i mappen.
