# Aktivér midlertidig adgang

Aktivér midlertidig adgang i Remote Desktop Manager for at give en bruger tidsbegrænsede posttilladelser uden permanent at ændre adgangsrettigheder.

Med funktionen ***Midlertidig adgang*** kan De give en udpeget bruger midlertidig adgang til en post i et angivet tidsrum. Det er meget sikrere end at ændre brugerens adgangsrettigheder og derefter ændre dem tilbage, når opgaven er udført.

### Globale indstillinger for midlertidig adgang

***Midlertidig adgang*** er sat til ***Nægtet*** som standard i Remote Desktop Manager.

1. For at aktivere funktionen skal De gå til ***Administration – Boksindstillinger – Sikkerhedsindstillinger – Midlertidig adgang***.
2. Sæt ***Tilstand*** til ***Tilladt***.
3. Valgfrit: Skift ***Godkendere*** til ***Brugerdefineret*** for at føje brugere til listen over godkendere.

4. Klik på ***OK***.

### Detaljerede indstillinger for midlertidig adgang

***Midlertidig adgang*** kan også angives finkornet på hver post og mappe.

1. Åbn ***Egenskaber*** for Deres post eller mappe.
2. Gå til ***Sikkerhedsindstillinger – Midlertidig adgang***.
3. Vælg en ***Tilstand***. Som standard er ***Tilstand*** sat til at nedarve indstillingerne fra ***Rod***. De kan vælge at nedarve fra en anden mappe, tillade eller endda nægte den midlertidige adgang til denne post eller mappe.
4. Vælg ***Godkendere***. Som standard er ***Godkendere*** sat til at nedarve indstillingerne fra ***Rod***. De kan vælge at nedarve fra en anden mappe, kun tillade godkendelse af administratorer eller tilpasse og føje brugere til listen for denne post eller mappe.
5. Klik på ***OK***.
