# Synkronisering af boks i baggrunden

Aktivér synkronisering af bokse i baggrunden i Remote Desktop Manager, så offline-caches holdes ajour automatisk ved første indlæsning eller efter behov.

Det er afgørende at holde Deres bokse ajour til offlineadgang, da data kan blive forældede, og offline-caches kan udløbe. Her hjælper synkronisering af bokse i baggrunden ved at sikre, at Deres offlinedata forbliver ajour. De kan opdatere Deres bokse manuelt ved hjælp af synkroniseringsikonet eller få dem synkroniseret automatisk ved første indlæsning. Med denne funktion synkroniseres Deres offline-caches hurtigt, så De altid er forberedt på at arbejde effektivt uden internetforbindelse.

### Aktivér synkronisering af bokse i baggrunden

Først skal denne funktion aktiveres af en administrator af arbejdsområdet.

Kun tilgængelig med arbejdsområder af typen SQL Server, Devolutions Server og Devolutions Cloud. For et Devolutions Cloud-arbejdsområde skal denne funktion aktiveres via webstedet.

1. Åbn Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Vælg [arbejdsområdet](/rdm/da/concepts/basic-concepts/workspaces.md).
3. Gå til ***Administration -*** ***Systemindstillinger - Cache/offline***, og markér ***Tillad synkronisering af alle*** ***bokse*** ***(baggrund)***.
4. Klik på ***Gem*** for at lukke vinduet.

### Konfiguration af arbejdsområde

1. Rediger arbejdsområdet.
2. Under ***fanen Avanceret*** skal De for ***Synkroniser alle bokse (baggrund)*** vælge mellem ***Ved første indlæsning*** og ***Manuel*** i rullemenuen ***Synkroniser alle bokse (baggrund)***.
   1. ***Standard*** (Manuel)
   2. ***Deaktiveret***
   3. ***Manuel:*** Synkroniseringen skal udløses manuelt ved hjælp af ikonet i nederste venstre hjørne.
   4. ***Ved første indlæsning***: Remote Desktop Manager starter automatisk en synkronisering af ***boksen*** i baggrunden ved den første indlæsning af arbejdsområdet og giver stadig mulighed for manuel synkronisering.
3. Klik på ***Gem*** for at lukke vinduet.
