Tilladelser og roller i Remote Desktop Manager styrer, hvem der kan få adgang til eller ændre data, mens RBAC forenkler administrationen i stor skala. Tildel detaljerede tilladelser til boksens rod, mapper eller enkelte poster, så adgangen passer til ansvaret.
