# Godkendelser af udtjekning

Godkendelser af udtjekning i Remote Desktop Manager begrænser adgangen til en post til én bruger ad gangen og tilføjer valgfrie godkendelsesflows for ansvarlighed.

Godkendelser af udtjekning hjælper med at undgå brugerkonflikter ved at begrænse adgangen til autoriserede brugere og, hvis det er konfigureret, tilføje et godkendelsesflow. Mens posten er tjekket ud, kan andre ikke åbne den, før den er tjekket ind igen, hvilket mindsker fejl og eksponering af legitimationsoplysninger.

For at få yderligere kontrol kan De kræve godkendelse for at give tidsbegrænset adgang til brugere, der normalt ikke har tilladelse. Kombiner udtjekninger med rollebaseret adgangskontrol og detaljeret revision for at sikre ansvarlighed og sporbarhed i hele miljøet.
