The Model Context Protocol (MCP) server feature in Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) is experimental and optional to enable. This trial version is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any representations, warranties, conditions, indemnities, or liabilities of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
When enabled, an MCP Client (e.g., an AI/LLM-enabled application) connects to our MCP server and invokes exposed tools and resources. Data you provide or that is generate by those tools may include personal or sensitive information. As our MCP server is only a technical intermediary, Devolutions does not control the LLM provider’s processing and cannot guarantee the confidentiality, compliance, or reliability of the data once processed by these third parties, nor can it be held responsible for any results or recommendations they generate.
You remain solely responsible for using the feature, reviewing, and validating all content generated during actions. You can also limit the transfer of sensitive data by carefully choosing which MCP server tools to make available from your account, or by restricting the use of tools that allow modifying or destructive actions.
