When holding a great number of entries in your workspace it is a best practice to compress them to avoid slowness issues when using your workspace. The Workspace (optimize) will analyze all your entries, compress them and then re-saves them, thus saving space in your workspace.
This feature requires an SQL workspace.
Open the workspace you wish to optimize.
In the ribbon of Remote Desktop Manager, go to Administration, and select Pack workspace (optimize).
Click Analyze.
Once the Analyze is completed click on Optimize to proceed with the optimization of your workspace. You can select which vault you wish to Analyze and Optimize, or use the Optimize all feature to perform the action on all available vaults.
