Disables the configuration file watcher.

SYNTAX

Suspend-PSUFileWatcher [-ComputerName <String>] [-AppToken <String>] [-Credential <PSCredential>]
 [-UseDefaultCredentials] [-Integrated] [-TrustCertificate] [-Cookies]
 [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION

Turns off the PowerShell Universal configuration file watcher so file-based configuration changes are not processed automatically.
