# Devolutions Account inattivo

Per rispettare la politica di conservazione dei dati di Devolutions, qualsiasi Devolutions Account inattivo da tre anni verrà eliminato.

Una notifica via email verrà inviata all'account email interessato. Si noti che può trattarsi anche di un alias. Gli utenti interessati riceveranno una notifica via email inviata all'indirizzo email associato, che può includere alias. L'eliminazione del Devolutions Account non influisce sui contratti di licenza attivi che ha con Devolutions.

### Soluzione

Per mantenere attivo il suo Devolutions Account, acceda al suo [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/) entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione dell'email di notifica.
