# Devolutions Account inactiva

Descubra por qué una Devolutions Account inactiva se elimina después de tres años y cómo reactivarla dentro del plazo de notificación de 30 días.

Para cumplir con la política de retención de datos de Devolutions, cualquier Devolutions Account inactiva durante tres años será eliminada.

Se enviará una notificación por correo electrónico a la cuenta de correo afectada. Tenga en cuenta que también puede ser un alias. Los usuarios afectados recibirán una notificación por correo electrónico enviada a la dirección de correo asociada, que puede incluir alias. La eliminación de la Devolutions Account no afecta a ningún acuerdo de licencia activo que tenga con Devolutions.

### Solución

Para mantener su Devolutions Account activa, inicie sesión en su [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/) en un plazo de 30 días desde la recepción del correo electrónico de notificación.
