# Eliminar su Devolutions Account

Elimine permanentemente su Devolutions Account de Devolutions Portal mediante los métodos de autorización por correo electrónico, notificación push o contraseña.

Elimine su Devolutions Account siguiendo los pasos que se indican a continuación. Los datos pueden [transferirse](/portal/es/profile/change-your-devolutions-account-email-address.md) a otra cuenta antes de la eliminación.

La eliminación de un Devolutions Account **no se puede deshacer**. Una vez que se elimina una cuenta, es irreversible. 1. Vaya al [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. En el menú de la izquierda, haga clic en ***Profile***.
3. En la parte inferior derecha, seleccione ***Delete account***.
4. Elija el método para autorizar el proceso de eliminación.
5. Siga los pasos según el método seleccionado. Tenga en cuenta que el método de eliminación depende de la configuración de seguridad establecida en su Devolutions Account y en Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***Email***: esta opción aparece cuando no hay ninguna contraseña ni clave privada almacenada en Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***Push notification***: la clave privada debe estar configurada en Devolutions Password Manager para poder realizar la eliminación mediante notificación push.
   * ***Password***: es necesario crear una contraseña para habilitar la eliminación por contraseña.
6. Haga clic en ***Delete Account***.
7. La cuenta se ha eliminado.<br>
