# Eliminar su Devolutions Account

Elimine su Devolutions Account siguiendo los pasos que se indican a continuación. Los datos se pueden [transferir](/portal/es/profile/change-your-devolutions-account-email-address.md) a otra cuenta antes de la eliminación.

La eliminación de un Devolutions Account **no se puede deshacer**. Una vez eliminada una cuenta, es irreversible. 1. Vaya a [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. En el menú de la izquierda, haga clic en ***Perfil***.
3. En la parte inferior derecha, seleccione ***Eliminar cuenta***.

4. Elija el método para autorizar el proceso de eliminación.
5. Siga los pasos según el método seleccionado. Tenga en cuenta que el método de eliminación depende de la configuración de seguridad establecida en su Devolutions Account y en Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***Correo electrónico***: esta opción aparece cuando no hay ninguna contraseña ni clave privada almacenada en Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***Notificación push***: la clave privada debe estar configurada en Devolutions Password Manager para poder eliminar mediante notificación push.
   * ***Contraseña***: se debe crear una contraseña para habilitar la eliminación por contraseña.
6. Haga clic en ***Eliminar cuenta***.
7. La cuenta se ha eliminado.<br>
