# Licencias

La sección ***Licencias*** del Devolutions Portal enumera todas las licencias asociadas a su Devolutions Account. De forma predeterminada, solo el contacto principal, es decir, la persona que se comunicó por primera vez con nuestro [equipo de ventas](mailto:sales@devolutions.net), tiene derecho a ver e interactuar con las licencias. El contacto principal puede compartir licencias con otros usuarios haciendo clic en el botón ***Compartir***.

Además, aquí es donde puede descargar los ficheros `.lic` de las licencias que posee. Estos pueden utilizarse después para importar licencias en muchos escenarios diferentes, como el [registro sin conexión de Remote Desktop Manager](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/es/ribbon-menu-bar/administration/licenses#offline-registration).

La sección ***Licencias*** es únicamente un listado de la información de licencias de sus productos. Deberá guardar el número de serie en la aplicación de Devolutions correspondiente para registrarla.

Comuníquese con el [equipo de ventas](mailto:sales@devolutions.net) de Devolutions para obtener ayuda si es el contacto principal pero no puede ver las licencias que ha adquirido.
