# Inaktiver Devolutions Account

Zur Einhaltung der Datenaufbewahrungsrichtlinie von Devolutions wird jedes Devolutions Account, das drei Jahre inaktiv ist, gelöscht.

Eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung wird an das betroffene E-Mail-Konto gesendet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich dabei auch um einen Alias handeln kann. Betroffene Benutzer erhalten eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung an die zugehörige E-Mail-Adresse, die auch Aliase umfassen kann. Das Löschen des Devolutions Account hat keine Auswirkungen auf aktive Lizenzverträge, die Sie mit Devolutions haben.

### Lösung

Um Ihr Devolutions Account aktiv zu halten, melden Sie sich innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail bei Ihrem [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/) an.
