# Slet Deres Devolutions Account

Slet Deres Devolutions Account permanent fra Devolutions Portal ved hjælp af e-mail, pushmeddelelse eller godkendelse med adgangskode.

Slet Deres Devolutions Account ved at følge trinnene nedenfor. Data kan [overføres](/portal/da/profile/change-your-devolutions-account-email-address.md) til en anden konto før sletning.

1. Gå til [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. I menuen til venstre skal De klikke på ***Profil***.
3. Nederst til højre skal De vælge ***Slet konto***.
4. Vælg metoden til at godkende sletningsprocessen.
5. Følg trinnene i henhold til den valgte metode. Bemærk, at sletningsmetoden afhænger af de sikkerhedsindstillinger, der er konfigureret i Deres Devolutions Account og Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***E-mail***: Denne mulighed vises, når der ikke er gemt en adgangskode eller en privat nøgle i Devolutions Password Manager.
   * ***Pushmeddelelse***: Den private nøgle skal være konfigureret i Devolutions Password Manager for at kunne slette via pushmeddelelse.
   * ***Adgangskode***: Der skal oprettes en adgangskode for at aktivere sletning med adgangskode.
6. Klik på ***Slet konto***.
7. Kontoen er blevet slettet.<br>
