# Opret Deres Devolutions Account

Opret en gratis Devolutions Account ved at følge aktiveringstrinnene, eller gendan adgangen ved hjælp af processen for glemt adgangskode.

For at komme i gang skal De oprette Deres gratis Devolutions Account ved at følge trinnene nedenfor.

### Oprettelse af Devolutions Account

1. Gå til Deres [kontologon](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. Klik på ***Opret Deres konto*** for at starte processen.
3. Udfyld felterne med Deres oplysninger, og klik derefter på ***Opret konto***.

4. Gå til Deres e-mailindbakke, og åbn den aktiveringsmail, der blev sendt til Dem.

For Gmail-konti skal De også kontrollere mappen <em><strong>Reklamer</strong></em>.</p><p>Det kan tage noget tid, før De modtager den. Hvis De ikke modtager e-mailen, skal De følge trinnene under <a href="#forgotten-password">Glemt adgangskode</a> nedenfor.</p></div>
5. Klik på ***Aktivér*** i e-mailen for at bekræfte, at Deres konto er oprettet.

Deres konto er blevet oprettet!

### Glemt adgangskode

Hvis De ikke har modtaget aktiveringsmailen, eller hvis De har glemt Deres adgangskode, skal De følge trinnene nedenfor for at løse problemet:

1. Gå til [logonsiden for Devolutions Account](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. Angiv Deres ***Brugernavn*** (e-mailadressen for Devolutions Account), og klik derefter på ***Fortsæt***.
3. Klik på ***Glemt Deres adgangskode?***.
4. Angiv Deres brugernavn igen, hvis det kræves, og klik derefter på ***Næste***.
5. Kopiér den kode, De har modtaget i e-mailen, indsæt den i feltet ***Kode***, og klik derefter på ***Næste***.
6. Angiv en ny adgangskode, der følger sikkerhedsretningslinjerne, og klik derefter på ***Opdater min adgangskode***.
