# Skift e-mailadressen for Deres Devolutions Account

Skift e-mailen for Deres Devolutions Account ved at oprette en ny konto og manuelt overføre licenser, fakturering og produktdata til den.

For at ændre e-mailen til en Devolutions Account skal en \[ny konto oprettes]\(create-your-devolutions-account.md), og data fra den gamle konto skal overføres manuelt. Almindelige data, der skal overføres, omfatter:

* [Licenser](/portal/da/licenses.md): Kontakt Devolutions' [salgsafdeling](mailto:sales@devolutions.net) for at føje serienumre til tidligere købte Devolutions-produkter til den nye konto.
* [Fakturering](/portal/da/billings.md): Hvis visse fakturaer skal knyttes til den nye konto, skal De kontakte Devolutions' [salgsafdeling](mailto:sales@devolutions.net).
* [Produkter](/portal/da/products.md): For ejeren af en Devolutions Cloud skal De overføre [ejerskabet](https://docs.devolutions.net/cloud/web-interface/administration/management/users/devolutions-cloud-ownership) til en anden administrator og derefter anmode om en invitation med den nye konto. Eksportér poster fra arbejdsområdet Devolutions Cloud Free [ved hjælp af Remote Desktop Manager](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/knowledge-base/how-to-articles/export-and-import-entries), eller eksportér dem i JSON-format direkte fra Devolutions Cloud Free via [***Hjælp og værktøjer*** – ***Eksportér***](https://docs.devolutions.net/cloud/web-interface/help-and-tools/export).

Hvis De har brug for yderligere hjælp, kan De kontakte kundeservice på <service@devolutions.net>.

Når alle data er overført til den nye konto, skal De gå til ***Profil*** og klikke på ***Slet konto*** for at slette den gamle konto (om nødvendigt).
