# Risoluzione dei problemi di disconnessione dell'estensione del browser Devolutions Password Manager

Se l'estensione per browser Devolutions Password Manager la disconnette inaspettatamente da Devolutions Cloud o Devolutions Server, questo articolo spiega il significato del banner di disconnessione e cosa verificare.

### Cause di disconnessione ambigue

Queste disconnessioni non hanno un codice di errore o una descrizione fissi, pertanto il messaggio visualizzato potrebbe non identificare accuratamente la causa sottostante.

Per eseguire il debug di questa categoria di disconnessione, faccia clic su **Show details** e confronti l'errore e la descrizione dell'errore con le voci riportate di seguito.

### Cause di disconnessione specifiche dell'estensione

#### Token non valido dopo l'aggiornamento del token

Ciò accade quando l'aggiornamento del token riesce, ma la chiamata successiva restituisce un errore 401 che indica che il nuovo token non è valido. Per evitare un ciclo infinito, l'estensione per browser si disconnette.

#### Errore durante l'aggiornamento del token

Ciò accade quando durante un aggiornamento del token viene restituito uno stato di non riuscita. Lo stato esatto di non riuscita appare come errore in ***Show details***.
