# Launch a session from Devolutions Password Manager on desktop

Launch a session in Remote Desktop Manager or in Devolutions Launcher through the user interface, or optimize the process by only having to double-click an entry to launch it.

### Launch through the user interface

Select the desired entry and click on ***Open in RDM*** or ***Open in Launcher***.

### Launch through a double-click action

1. In Devolutions Password Manager, click go to ***File*** – ***Settings*** – ***Entries***.
2. Enable the ***Open connection*** option and choose between Remote Desktop Manager and Devolutions Launcher.
3. Click the ***X*** to close the option menu.
4. Go back to a vault and double-click an entry to launch it through the previously chosen application.
