# Provider non gestiti (solo reimpostazione della password)

All'interno di Devolutions PAM, un provider esegue tipicamente l'intero ciclo di vita della gestione delle password, che comprende rilevamento, heartbeat e rotazione delle password. Tuttavia, non è sempre appropriato, necessario o fattibile mantenere l'intero ciclo di vita per un provider di identità. In questi casi, si utilizzano i provider non gestiti, noti anche come provider ***Solo reimpostazione della password***.

I provider non gestiti eseguono solo una fase del ciclo di vita della gestione delle password: la fase di rotazione delle password.
