# Provider utente PostgreSQL

Il provider PAM ***Utente PostgreSQL*** è progettato per estendere le funzionalità native di PostgreSQL abilitando operazioni di modifica delle password verificabili.

Poiché PostgreSQL non offre supporto integrato per la registrazione delle modifiche delle password, questo provider colma tale lacuna generando log di audit dettagliati per questi eventi. La sua integrazione favorisce un migliore controllo della sicurezza e aiuta le organizzazioni a soddisfare i requisiti di conformità relativi alla gestione degli account privilegiati.
