# Script di azione

Uno script di azione è il file PowerShell che un provider PAM personalizzato utilizza in Devolutions PAM per eseguire il rilevamento, il confronto e la rotazione delle password.

Uno **script di azione** è il modo in cui un provider PAM personalizzato implementa le proprie azioni in Devolutions PAM. Questi script sono file PowerShell definiti dall'utente che eseguono attività come il rilevamento, il confronto e la rotazione delle password. Quando viene attivata una [rotazione delle password](/pam/it/concepts/password-rotation.md), Devolutions PAM agisce come coordinatore ed esegue il corrispondente script di azione per completare l'attività.

Mentre i provider gestiti hanno le loro azioni sviluppate in modo nativo e completamente integrate in Devolutions PAM, i provider PAM personalizzati offrono alle organizzazioni la flessibilità di integrarsi con qualsiasi sistema che supporti interazioni basate su script. Ciò consente l'automazione sicura della gestione degli account privilegiati senza dover attendere il supporto nativo.

Gli script di azione sono disponibili solo durante la creazione di [modelli di provider PAM personalizzati](/pam/it/concepts/custom-pam-provider-template.md). Una volta creati, gli script di azione non sono più visibili durante la gestione dei provider PAM personalizzati.
