# Aprovisionamiento justo a tiempo

El **aprovisionamiento justo a tiempo (JIT)** crea [cuentas privilegiadas](/pam/es/concepts/privileged-account.md) temporales que existen únicamente durante el tiempo que dura una tarea o sesión específica. En lugar de asignar a los usuarios un acceso permanente de alto nivel, se genera una cuenta con los privilegios necesarios en el momento de la [retirada](/pam/es/concepts/check-out-and-check-in.md), y se elimina automáticamente al realizar la [devolución](/pam/es/concepts/check-out-and-check-in.md). Esto minimiza el riesgo asociado a las cuentas privilegiadas de larga duración.

En Devolutions PAM, el aprovisionamiento justo a tiempo ayuda a proteger los entornos al desplazar el foco de la gestión y auditoría de numerosas cuentas privilegiadas estáticas a un número menor de cuentas de sistema permanentes y supervisadas.
