# Nicht verwaltete Anbieter (nur Passwort-Reset)

Innerhalb von Devolutions PAM führt ein Anbieter typischerweise den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Passwortverwaltung durch, einschließlich Erkennung, Heartbeat und Passwortrotation. Es ist jedoch nicht immer angemessen, notwendig oder machbar, den gesamten Lebenszyklus für einen Identitätsanbieter zu pflegen. In solchen Fällen werden Unmanaged-Anbieter, auch bekannt als ***Nur Passwort-Reset***-Anbieter, verwendet.

Unmanaged-Anbieter führen nur eine einzige Phase des Lebenszyklus der Passwortverwaltung aus: die Phase der Passwortrotation.
