Create your Hub

Quickly get started by creating your first Devolutions Hub workspace through the Devolutions Portal.

Note that Devolutions Hub data sources can also be created directly within Remote Desktop Manager. To learn more, visit Integrate Devolutions Hub Business in Remote Desktop Manager.

Creating your Devolutions Hub workspace

  1. Access the Devolutions Portal.

  2. Go to Products in the left-side menu, and then click on Create new Hub.

  3. Fill in your Company name specify a Devolutions Hub site name.

    The Devolutions Hub site name becomes the web address and cannot be changed after deployment. To update the site name, the recommended workaround is to create a new Hub, then export the entries from the old Hub before importing them into the new one.

  4. Select the region where the data is to be hosted, then read and agree to Devolutions Terms of Online Services and Privacy Policy.

  5. Click Create your Devolutions Hub Business. Once the deployment is complete, you will receive an email containing the new Devolutions Hub Business website address.

Recovery and backups

To recover access to your Devolutions Account, use the recovery key. Because Devolutions does not handle backups of Hub content, you should also ensure that regular backups are performed to protect your data.
