# Client web RDP non visualizzato

Se non riesce ad avviare il client web RDP nell'interfaccia web di Devolutions Server, verifichi di disporre dei requisiti necessari utilizzando le soluzioni seguenti.

### Licenze

All'utente deve essere assegnata una licenza pacchetto che includa Devolutions Gateway. Se non dispone di questa licenza, il pulsante ***Apri nel browser***, che consente di aprire la voce RDP in un client web, non verrà visualizzato.

### Devolutions Gateway

Devolutions Gateway è necessario per aprire una sessione RDP nel client web di Devolutions Server. Se dispone di un Gateway installato, ne verifichi la [configurazione](/gateway/it/getting-started/devolutions-server/devolutions-gateway-configuration-with-devolutions-server.md).

### Autorizzazione *Visualizza password*

È necessario disporre dell'autorizzazione ***Visualizza password*** per avviare la sessione RDP.

Per verificare se le è stata concessa questa autorizzazione, selezioni la sua voce nell'interfaccia web di Devolutions Server, quindi clicchi sulla scheda ***Autorizzazioni***. Se vede ***Consentito*** sotto l'autorizzazione ***Visualizza password***, dispone delle autorizzazioni corrette. Se vede ***Non consentito***, non dispone di questa autorizzazione. Se ritiene di doverne disporre, contatti il suo amministratore.
