# RDP-Web-Client wird nicht angezeigt

Wenn Sie den RDP-Webclient in der Weboberfläche von Devolutions Server nicht starten können, prüfen Sie mit den folgenden Lösungen, ob Sie die erforderlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllen.

### Lizenzen

Dem Benutzer muss eine Paketlizenz zugewiesen sein, die Devolutions Gateway enthält. Wenn Sie diese Lizenz nicht besitzen, wird die Schaltfläche ***Im Browser öffnen***, mit der Sie den RDP-Eintrag in einem Webclient öffnen können, nicht angezeigt.

### Devolutions Gateway

Devolutions Gateway ist erforderlich, um eine RDP-Sitzung im Webclient von Devolutions Server zu öffnen. Wenn Sie ein Gateway installiert haben, überprüfen Sie dessen [Konfiguration](/gateway/de/getting-started/devolutions-server/devolutions-gateway-configuration-with-devolutions-server.md).

### Berechtigung *Passwort anzeigen*

Sie benötigen die Berechtigung ***Passwort anzeigen***, um die RDP-Sitzung zu starten.

Um zu prüfen, ob Ihnen diese Berechtigung erteilt wurde, wählen Sie Ihren Eintrag in der Weboberfläche von Devolutions Server aus und klicken Sie dann auf die Registerkarte ***Berechtigungen***. Wenn unter der Berechtigung ***Passwort anzeigen*** der Eintrag ***Erlaubt*** angezeigt wird, verfügen Sie über die richtigen Berechtigungen. Wenn ***Nicht erlaubt*** angezeigt wird, haben Sie diese Berechtigung nicht. Wenn Sie glauben, dass Sie sie haben sollten, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.
