# RDP-webklienten vises ikke

Ret en manglende knap til RDP-webklienten i Devolutions Server ved at kontrollere Gateway-licens, konfiguration og tilladelsen Vis adgangskode.

Hvis De ikke kan starte RDP-webklienten i webgrænsefladen til Devolutions Server, skal De kontrollere, om De har de nødvendige krav, ved hjælp af løsningerne nedenfor.

## Løsninger

### Licenser

En pakkelicens, der omfatter Devolutions Gateway, skal være tildelt brugeren. Hvis De ikke har denne licens, vises knappen ***Åbn i browser***, som lader Dem åbne RDP-posten i en webklient, ikke.

### Devolutions Gateway

Devolutions Gateway er påkrævet for at åbne en RDP-session i webklienten til Devolutions Server. Hvis De har en Gateway installeret, skal De kontrollere dens [konfiguration](/gateway/da/getting-started/devolutions-server/devolutions-gateway-configuration-with-devolutions-server.md).

### Tilladelsen *Vis adgangskode*

De skal have tilladelsen ***Vis adgangskode*** for at starte RDP-sessionen.

For at kontrollere, om De har fået denne tilladelse, skal De vælge Deres post i webgrænsefladen til Devolutions Server og derefter klikke på fanen ***Tilladelser***. Hvis De ser ***Tilladt*** under tilladelsen ***Vis adgangskode***, har De de rette tilladelser. Hvis De ser ***Ikke tilladt***, har De ikke denne tilladelse. Hvis De mener, at De burde have den, skal De kontakte administratoren.
