Generate a support package in Devolutions Server Console

The Generate a support package button is a simple tool that gathers all artefacts for easy submission to the support team. It is located in the Support section of Devolutions Server Console.

1. Click Generate support package.

2. Check the logs to be included in the .zip package. Click Generate and save the package.

   

3. Send the .zip package to the Devolutions support team at service@devolutions.net.
