Create your Devolutions Cloud workspace

Quickly get started by creating your first Devolutions Cloud workspace through the Devolutions Portal.

Note that Devolutions Cloud data sources can also be created directly within Remote Desktop Manager. To learn more, visit Integrate Devolutions Cloud in Remote Desktop Manager.

Creating your Devolutions Cloud workspace

  1. Access the Devolutions Portal.

  2. Go to Products in the left-side menu, and then click on Create new Devolutions Cloud.

  3. Fill in your Company name specify a Devolutions Cloud site name.

    The Devolutions Cloud site name becomes the web address and cannot be changed after deployment. To update the site name, the recommended workaround is to create a new Devolutions Cloud instance, then export the entries from the old Devolutions Cloud instance before importing them into the new one.

  4. Select the region where the data is to be hosted, then read and agree to Devolutions Terms of Online Services and Privacy Policy.

  5. Click Create your Devolutions Cloud. Once the deployment is complete, you will receive an email containing the new Devolutions Cloud website address.

Recovery and backups

To recover access to your Devolutions Account, use the recovery key. Because Devolutions does not handle backups of Devolutions Cloud content, you should also ensure that regular backups are performed to protect your data.
