Before using your application, you will have to complete a quick setup that involves selecting your Devolutions product(s), connecting to your account, and configurung security settings. The Workspace mobile app can be used with Devolutions Server, Devolutions Hub Business, and Devolutions Hub Personal.
Set up the application
Follow the steps below to perform the initial configuration of your Workspace mobile app with Devolutions Server:
Download and install the Workspace mobile app if you have not already done so.
After the installation is complete, in the Welcome window, check Devolutions Server, then tap on Start setup.
Devolutions Server setup During the setup, you can always tap on Skip this step to configure that specific setting later.
Connect to your Devolutions Server by entering its complete URL or scan a QR code, then tap on Log in.
Devolutions Server URL Log in to your account.
Recommended: enable the use of a Biometric lock (Touch/Face ID). Your device will prompt you to authenticate using this method. It must first be configured on your device to work with Workspace.
Security settings Tap Done to finish the initial setup.
Add a space
Follow the steps below to add a Devolutions Server in Workspace mobile app.
- Tap on Add space.
Add space - Select Devolutions Server.
Select Devolutions Server - Scan a QR code or enter a URL, then click Next.
QR code or Devolutions Server URL - Log in to your account.
Your Devolutions Server account is now available in the Workspace mobile app.

Follow the steps below to perform the initial configuration of your Workspace mobile app with Devolutions Hub Business:
Download and install the Workspace mobile app if you have not already done so.
After the installation is complete, in the Welcome window, check Devolutions Hub Business, then tap on Start setup.
Devolutions Hub Business setup During the setup, you can always tap on Skip this step to configure that specific setting later.
Connect to your Devolutions Account by entering your email address, then tap on Log in.
Email address Log in to your account.
Select the Hub you want to connect to, then tap Next.
Recommended: Back up your entries on Devolutions Hub Personal or Devolutions Hub Business to access them from any device. Tap on Next.
Back up entries Recommended: enable the use of a Biometric lock (Touch/Face ID). Your device will prompt you to authenticate using this method. It must first be configured on your device to work with Workspace.
Security settings Tap Done to finish the initial setup.
Add a space
Follow the steps below to add a Devolutions Hub Business in Workspace mobile app.
- Tap on Add space.
Add space - Select Devolutions Hub Business.
Select Devolutions Hub Business - Enter your Devolutions Hub Business URL (without "https://"), then click Next.
Devolutions Hub Business URL - Log in to your account.
Your Devolutions Hub Business account is now available in Workspace mobile app.

Download and install the Workspace mobile app if you have not already done so.
After the installation is complete, in the Welcome window, check Devolutions Hub Personal, then tap on Start setup.
Devolutions Hub Personal setup During the setup, you can always tap on Skip this step to configure that specific setting later.
If you do not have a Devolutions Account, tap on Create an account and follow the steps to create your account. If you do have an account, tap on Log in to authenticate.
Devolutions Account Recommended: Back up your entries on Devolutions Hub Personal or Devolutions Hub Business to access them from any device. Tap on Next.
Back up entries Recommended: enable the use of a Biometric lock (Touch/Face ID). Your device will prompt you to authenticate using this method. It must first be configured on your device to work with Workspace.

Add space - Select Devolutions Hub Personal.
Select Devolutions Hub Personal - Log in to your account.
Your Devolutions Hub Personal account is now available in Workspace mobile app.
