Lost the master key set on the Workspace desktop app

To perform a clean installation of the Workspace desktop app for Windows or to reset the application in case the master key is lost, delete the local data file.

1. Close the Workspace desktop app.

2. Find and delete the shared_preferences.json file (default path: %AppData%\net.devolutions\Workspace).

3. Launch Workspace desktop app.

1. Close the Workspace desktop app.

2. Execute the following command in the Terminal: defaults delete net.devolutions.authenticator

3. Launch Workspace desktop app.

1. Close the Workspace desktop app.

2. Find and delete the shared_preferences.json file (default path: /home/<user>/.local/share/Workspace/).

3. Launch Workspace desktop app.
