Vault templates are available in Remote Desktop Manager Windows 2022.1.11 and higher for SQL, Devolutions Hub and Devolutions Server data sources. For lower versions of Remote Desktop Manager follow the workaround.

Go to Administration – System settings – Vault templates.

Click Add.

Add template -
Name the vault template and set your preferred options template. Click OK.

When creating a new vault in Administration – Vaults, select your newly created vault template from the list.

Choose existing template when creating a new vault
In an empty vault, create the structure (folders/sessions) you need.
Create a new vault in Administration – Vaults – Add vault.
Select all the folders/sessions you want in the template, right-click Add – Save as template group.
Name the vault template.
In the new vault click New entry – Template and select the vault template you created.
Vault templates are available in Remote Desktop Manager macOS 2025.3 and higher, and for SQL Server data sources only.
