Get-RDMForbiddenPassword

Retrieve the list of forbidden passwords.

Get-RDMForbiddenPassword [-ForcePromptAnswer <DialogResult[]>] [<CommonParameters>]

Retrieve the list of forbidden passwords configured in the current data source. Requires data source settings permission.

PS C:\> $passwords = Get-RDMForbiddenPassword

Retrieves the list of forbidden passwords as strings from the current data source.

PS C:\> $passwords = Get-RDMForbiddenPassword
PS C:\> $passwords += "password123"
PS C:\> Set-RDMForbiddenPassword -Passwords $passwords

Retrieves the current list, adds a new forbidden password, and saves the updated list.

PS C:\> $passwords = Get-RDMForbiddenPassword | Where-Object { $_ -ne "oldpassword" }
PS C:\> Set-RDMForbiddenPassword -Passwords $passwords

Retrieves the list, removes a specific password using PowerShell filtering, and saves the updated list.

Switch to use with caution. It will automatically answer prompt asking yes/no, yes/no/cancel, or ok/cancel questions. In case of multiple prompts, multiple values can be passed to this parameter. Here are the accepted values:

• Yes: Accept the prompt. Cover the OK and Automatic value.

• No: Refuse the yes/no/cancel prompt. "Cancel" is the fallback option if there is no "No" option.

• Cancel: Cancel the yes/no/cancel prompt. "No" is the fallback option if there is no "Cancel" option.
