Get a PSObject containing the OTP code with the remaining time of an OTP entry and the corresponding end time (UTC)

Get-DSEntryOTP [-EntryID] <guid> [-AsLegacyResponse] [<CommonParameters>]

Get a PSObject containing the OTP code with the remaining time of an OTP entry and the corresponding end time (UTC). The entry must be specified by its ID.

PS C:\> $response = Get-DSEntryOTP -EntryID '12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789ABC'
        $otpCode = $response.code

Get the OTP code of the entry whose ID is '12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789ABC'

In versions prior to 2024.2, many DS cmdlets returned a ServerResponse object. Enabling this backward compatibility switch allows scripts developed for earlier versions to function correctly.
