The Licenses section of the Devolutions Portal lists all the licenses associated with its Devolutions Account. By default, only the main contact, i.e., the person who first communicated with our sales team, has the right to see and interact with the licenses. The main contact can share licenses with other users by clicking on the Share button.
Additionally, this is where you can download .lic files for the licenses you own. These can then be used to import licenses in many different scenarios, such as Remote Desktop Manager Offline registration and Devolutions Launcher registration.
The Licenses section is a listing of your product licensing information only. You will be required to save the serial into the appropriate Devolutions application to register.
Communicate with Devolutions' sales team for assistance if you are the main contact but cannot see your purchased licenses.
