# Richiedere l'accesso alla cassaforte in Devolutions Cloud

È possibile richiedere l'accesso a una cassaforte pubblica in Devolutions Cloud. Segua i passaggi seguenti per completare una richiesta.

1. Si connetta al Devolutions Cloud che contiene la cassaforte a cui desidera accedere.
2. Nel menu a discesa di selezione della cassaforte, clicchi su ***Altro*** e poi su ***Sfoglia tutte le casseforti***.
3. Scelga la cassaforte a cui desidera accedere, quindi clicchi su ***Richiedi accesso***.

Quando si richiede l'accesso a una cassaforte con Devolutions Cloud, è necessario scegliere un approvatore dall'elenco. Solo gli amministratori o il proprietario di una cassaforte sono idonei.

4\. Scriva un breve messaggio all'approvatore spiegando perché è necessario l'accesso a questa cassaforte. Il messaggio è facoltativo, ma lo consigliamo poiché consente all'amministratore o al proprietario della cassaforte di prendere una decisione più informata. 5. Clicchi su \*\*\*Richiedi\*\*\*.

Ora deve attendere che l'approvatore risponda alla sua richiesta. Se la richiesta viene approvata, la cassaforte apparirà nel menu a discesa di selezione della cassaforte insieme alle altre casseforti a cui ha già accesso.
