# Sistema di check-out

Il ***Sistema di check-out*** blocca una voce mentre viene utilizzata o modificata. Impedisce a più utenti di utilizzare o modificare una voce contemporaneamente.

I check-out possono essere abilitati per le voci ***General***, ***Session***, ***Information*** e ***Credential***.

Gli amministratori possono eseguire il ***Force check in*** delle voci sottoposte a check-out dagli utenti. Selezioni la voce ***Check out*** e, nel banner in alto, clicchi su ***Force check in***.

#### Eseguire il check-out di una voce

1. Selezioni una voce.
2. Clicchi su ***Check out***.

3. Inserisca un ***Comment*** sul motivo per cui sta eseguendo il check-out della voce.
4. Facoltativo: abiliti ***Automatic check in after*** un determinato numero di minuti.
5. Clicchi su ***OK***.

Un banner informativo nella parte superiore della voce e un'icona nel ***riquadro di navigazione*** appariranno per avvisare gli utenti che questa voce è sottoposta a check-out.

#### Eseguire il check-in di una voce

1. Nel ***riquadro di navigazione***, selezioni la voce sottoposta a check-out.
2. Clicchi su ***Check in***.

## Check-out multipli <a href="#multiple-checkouts" id="multiple-checkouts"></a>

L'impostazione ***Multiple checkouts*** consente a più utenti di eseguire il check-out e modificare le stesse voci contemporaneamente. Per farlo, acceda alle proprietà di una voce, cartella o radice e navighi in ***Security settings – Multiple checkouts***.

| **Root**                | Utilizza i **Multiple checkouts** definiti solo sull'oggetto radice, ignorando l'elemento padre intermedio.           |
