# Creare e invitare utenti

Crei e inviti utenti al suo Devolutions Cloud con il loro indirizzo email.

#### Invitare utenti

1. Vada su ***Amministrazione – Utenti***.
2. Clicchi su ***Aggiungi utenti***.

3. Digiti l'indirizzo email dell'utente.

È possibile incollare un elenco di indirizzi email di ***Utenti*** che faranno parte degli stessi [Gruppi di utenti](/cloud/it/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md). Ogni indirizzo email deve essere separato da un punto e virgola (;) o da una virgola (,).

4. Prema Invio. Questo passaggio verifica se l'utente dispone di un Devolutions Account:

   * In caso affermativo, l'account verrà collegato a Devolutions Cloud e l'utente riceverà un'email di invito.
   * In caso contrario, verrà creato automaticamente un Devolutions Account con una ***Password temporanea***, che può scegliere come gestire. Può gestire il modo in cui vengono gestite le ***Password temporanee*** in ***Amministrazione – Impostazioni di sistema – Generale***.

5. Clicchi su ***Avanti***.
6. Selezioni ulteriori ***Opzioni***.
7. Clicchi su ***Avanti***.
8. Assegni i ***Gruppi di utenti***.

I ***Gruppi di utenti*** devono essere definiti in anticipo come gruppo personalizzato in Devolutions Cloud. Per maggiori informazioni, veda [Gruppi di utenti](/cloud/it/web-interface/administration/management/user-groups.md).

9. Clicchi su ***Invia invito***.

Devolutions Cloud invierà un'email con le informazioni essenziali agli utenti invitati; il link per accedere a Devolutions Cloud, l'ID dell'invito e la chiave.
