# Errore di accesso dovuto a un problema di sfasamento dell'orologio

Se riscontra problemi nell'accesso a Devolutions Cloud, la causa potrebbe essere la mancata sincronizzazione dell'ora di sistema del suo dispositivo. Questo problema è noto come Clock skew e può influire sui processi di autenticazione.

#### Soluzione

1. Imposti l'orologio del suo dispositivo in modo accurato. Si consiglia di sincronizzarlo con un server orario internet come NTP (Network Time Protocol).
2. Dopo aver regolato l'orologio, riavvii il browser o l'applicazione e provi ad accedere di nuovo.
