# Provisioning di Entra ID

Se la soluzione fornita non risolve il problema, contatti il [team di supporto](mailto:service@devolutions.net) con una descrizione dettagliata dell'errore e i log di provisioning recenti di EntraID relativi al problema.

#### Problema 1 - status":"401","detail":"Invalid SCIM Token"

**Causa**: il token di provisioning è scaduto. Deve essere rigenerato da Devolutions Cloud e sostituito in EntraID.

#### Passaggi

1. In Devolutions Cloud, vada su **Amministrazione** - **Autenticazione -** **Provisioning**.
2. Rigeneri il token.
3. Una volta generato il token, lo copi.
4. Apra l'applicazione EntraID utilizzata per il provisioning.
5. Individui il campo **Secret Token** nella sezione **Provisioning**.
6. Incolli il nuovo token in questo campo per sostituire quello scaduto.
