# Chiave SSH

Una chiave SSH è una coppia di chiavi crittografiche utilizzata per autenticarsi in modo sicuro ai server SSH senza inviare password riutilizzabili in rete. Le chiavi private sono mantenute segrete mentre le chiavi pubbliche vengono distribuite sui sistemi di destinazione, riducendo il rischio di attacchi basati sulle password.

In Devolutions Cloud, le voci chiave SSH memorizzano le chiavi private in modo centralizzato e possono essere collegate a connessioni SSH o utilizzate da Remote Desktop Manager quando Devolutions Cloud è lo spazio di lavoro. Questo le consente di gestire rotazione, autorizzazioni e audit delle chiavi SSH allo stesso modo delle altre credenziali, continuando comunque ad avviare le sessioni dal client che preferisce.
