# Ereditarietà

L'ereditarietà è il meccanismo che consente a voci e utenti di ricevere automaticamente impostazioni o autorizzazioni da oggetti di livello superiore invece di ridefinirle ogni volta. Gli elementi tipicamente ereditati includono autorizzazioni, credenziali predefinite e impostazioni di gateway o host, che riducono il configuration drift e mantengono coerente la sicurezza.

In Devolutions Cloud, le autorizzazioni di sistema e i ruoli definiscono i diritti di base a livello di sistema e di cassaforte, mentre le voci e le cartelle possono affinarli o limitarli. Gli amministratori possono esaminare gli accessi effettivi nelle viste Autorizzazioni e modificare i ruoli o le sostituzioni esplicite quando un team specifico o un account privilegiato richiede un controllo più rigoroso.
