# Gestione utenti

La gestione utenti in Devolutions Cloud riguarda il modo in cui gli amministratori invitano le persone, le raggruppano e assegnano loro i ruoli affinché ogni utente disponga del giusto livello di accesso. Dalle sezioni Amministrazione – Utenti e Gruppi di utenti, può invitare gli utenti tramite e-mail, associarli ai gruppi provenienti dall'SSO e applicare ruoli che concedono autorizzazioni di sistema oltre all'accesso a casseforti specifiche.

Le password temporanee e le opzioni di proprietà aiutano ad avviare in sicurezza i nuovi amministratori, mentre l'accesso agli strumenti complementari determina quali client possono utilizzare, come Remote Desktop Manager o Devolutions Password Manager. Ad esempio, può creare un gruppo di utenti Service desk, assegnargli un ruolo con accesso in sola lettura alle casseforti di produzione e poi invitare gli analisti in quel gruppo, in modo che il loro accesso sia pronto al primo accesso.
