# Documenti e allegati

I documenti e gli allegati in Devolutions Cloud archiviano file e note in testo formattato direttamente nelle voci, in modo che il contesto viaggi insieme ai segreti. La sezione Documentazione raccoglie procedure, passaggi di risoluzione dei problemi o dettagli aziendali, mentre la sezione Allegati conserva in modo sicuro artefatti come file di configurazione, PDF di licenza o esportazioni con le stesse autorizzazioni della voce. Poiché questi elementi sono crittografati insieme al resto dei dati di Devolutions Cloud, possono contenere in tutta sicurezza informazioni operative sensibili.

Un utilizzo tipico consiste nell'allegare un runbook e un estratto di log a una voce di account privilegiato, in modo che chiunque la apra dall'interfaccia web o dall'estensione per browser Devolutions Password Manager veda sia le credenziali sia tutto il materiale di supporto in un unico luogo verificabile.
