# Approvazioni di check-out

Le approvazioni di check-out aggiungono un passaggio di autorizzazione prima che un account privilegiato o una voce sensibile possa essere sottoposto a check-out e utilizzato. In Devolutions PAM, ciò significa che un approvatore designato deve convalidare l'esigenza aziendale e la durata prima che le credenziali vengano rilasciate, rafforzando la supervisione e applicando il privilegio minimo.

Quando Devolutions PAM è abilitato con Devolutions Cloud, gli utenti richiedono l'accesso agli account privilegiati, gli approvatori gestiscono tali richieste e l'attività risultante compare nei report di accesso privilegiato, incluse le viste dedicate alle richieste di check-out. Un caso d'uso tipico è richiedere che i responsabili del team approvino l'accesso temporaneo agli account amministratore di dominio durante le finestre di manutenzione.
